Terms & Conditions

OVERVIEW

1. General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of second-hand luxury handbags ("Products") by MBBM LUXURY  (MBBM ENTERPRISE LLP) ("Seller", "we", "our", or "us") to the buyer ("Customer", "you") in Singapore. By purchasing any Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Authenticity

  • All Products are verified as authentic through internal checks and/or third-party authentication services.

  • We do not sell counterfeit goods. If any product is later proven to be counterfeit, we will offer a full refund upon return and verification.

3. Product Condition

  • All items sold are second-hand and may display signs of wear.

  • We strive to provide accurate descriptions and detailed images of each product’s condition.

  • Buyers are encouraged to request further details before purchase. All purchases are considered final upon confirmation.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and may be subject to change without notice.

  • Full payment is required before items are shipped or handed over.

  • Accepted payment methods include [PayNow, bank transfer, credit card, debit card etc.].

  • All prices are inclusive/exclusive of GST (state accordingly if you're GST-registered).

5. Delivery & Collection

  • We offer local delivery via courier or self-collection at a designated location.

  • Delivery within Singapore typically takes 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery fees (if applicable) will be borne by the buyer unless stated otherwise.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of second-hand items, all sales are final.

  • We only accept returns under the following conditions:

    • The item received is significantly not as described.

    • The wrong item was delivered.

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of receipt, with supporting evidence (e.g., unboxing video or photos).

  • Returned items must be in the same condition as sold. Refunds will only be issued after inspection.

7. Legal Compliance

  • As a seller of secondhand goods, we comply with the Secondhand Goods Dealers Act (where applicable). NRIC details may be recorded for traceability if required by law.

  • Buyers are responsible for understanding any import restrictions or additional taxes if they request international shipping.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect losses or damages resulting from your purchase or use of our Products.

  • We make no guarantees beyond the authenticity and physical description provided at point of sale.

9. Data Protection

  • Personal information collected will be used only for order processing and communication, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.

  • We do not sell or disclose your data to third parties unless required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted where applicable (e.g., our website or store).
